Episode Description

Most CPG founders celebrate getting into a major chain. Kenn Miller argues that moment is just the start of the real challenge. In this episode of Know Thy Shelf, the YoJu co-founder breaks down what it actually takes to hold a shelf when you are building a category from scratch, and why velocity, execution, and market support matter far more than the initial placement.

Having navigated the three-tier system as a first-time founder and expanded into six states, Kenn shares what retailers really care about once you are in. Essential listening for any founder preparing for their first chain rollout.
